The Last Trumpet

I woke up a couple of days ago and the Spirit told me to put on a sound of the trumpet in a post.  He is getting ready for the "Final Trumpet to sound" and we should call people to His kingdom. I found a beautiful rams horn or shofar sound and placed some beautiful video with scripture. I believe we are in the last days of His call to planet earth and we must sound the trumpet. What were trumpets or ram's horns used for in the bible?

1. Call for God's presence.  Then Joshua the son of Nun called the priests and said to them, "Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven preists bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the covenant."  Joshua 6:6 
2. Call to battle.  Numbers 10:9 “When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before theLord your God, and you will be saved from your enemies."
3. Call to fasting.  Joel 2:15  Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly."
4. Call to Festival.   Leviticus 25:9  "Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land."
5. Call to rest.  Leviticus 23:24 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation."   
6. Call to judgment.  Revelation 9:14  "Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.”    
7. Call the make oaths   II Chronicles 15:14     "Then they took an oath before the Lord with a loud voice, with shouting and trumpets and rams’ horns."   
8. Call gather for the second coming of Christ!  I Corinthians 15:2   "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."
